Email Issues

How do I stop receiving the Baseball Prospectus email newsletter?

We understand if you want to stop receiving the BP email newsletter.  To opt-out, you can click the “Unsubscribe from this list” link in the email footer.  Or, you can email with your request to turn off the newsletter for your email address (displayed in the email footer.)

How do I change my email address?

Please head to and log in with your username and password. Then you can edit your email address and click “Save Changes”.

Access Issues

I can’t remember my password.

Why do I constantly have to login with my username and password? Why won’t your site remember me?

Billing Issues

How do I cancel my Monthly Premium subscription?

To cancel your Monthly Premium service and recurring billing:

  1. Please visit
  2. Log in with your username and password.
  3. Then, on the top right side of the screen, click “MY ACCOUNT”.   In the Subscription section, click “Cancel” and your billing will be stopped as well as your premium access.  Upon your subscription expiration date, your account will become a free BP Basic subscription. Your username and password will still work and you may continue to receive the BP newsletter by email.  If you cancel early, please contact Customer Service to retain any premium access for the remainder of your 30-day period.

I signed up for one month. Why am I still being charged?

The Monthly Premium subscription is recurring, which means that it continues to renew each month until you cancel it or upgrade to our One Year Premium subscription. Please see above for the easy steps to cancel your Monthly Premium service and recurring billing.

I signed up for Monthly Premium but I really want One Year Premium. How do I pay for this change?

Thank you for subscribing! It’s easy to upgrade to our One Year Premium subscription. To extend, please head to and log in with your username and password.   On the top right of the screen, click “My Account” and then click “View All Membership Options” and you’ll be able to select the upgrade level you prefer.  Our system will guide you through purchase.

I want to add Super Premium features to my existing BP One Year Premium subscription. What is the cost and how do I upgrade?

You can upgrade from One Year Premium to Super Premium, which will extend your subscription for an additional 12 months and add the Super Premium features to your account.  The cost is $66.99.  Please log into and click “My Account”.  Then select “View All Membership Options” and you can purchase a One Year Super Premium subscription.
