Can we also slow down the Athletics rate of trading for fungible outfielders?
I think the Blue Jays are within their rights to make the claims, and that it doesn't really hurt anything. If another team wants that player, they'll put in the claim the second time. A player at the end of the 25-man probably doesn't buy a house.
