Hit	55	Wide base w/ a rhythmic leg kick & noisy hand load, but displays plus bat control & has a knack for finding the barrel. Shows feel for the strike zone, though he was prone to expanding & chasing advanced spin. Willing to give him the benefit of the doubt due to missed reps this season.
Power	55	Doesn't show it off in BP, but generates above-average raw power & should get to all of it in-game due to his feel for contact.
Baserunning/Speed	40	Fringy runner at present w/ surprising athleticism, though it will likely regress quickly as he ages.
Glove	50	Fringy receiver w/ hands that can get noisy at times. Quick out of his crouch & moves well laterally, resulting in above-avg blocking ability. Also saw time at 3B & didn't look bad per se, but it wasn't enough to seriously consider a move from behind the plate.
Arm	60	True plus arm behind the plate, routinely clocking sub-1.90 pop times w/ a quick release & accurate arm.

There's a low offensive bar to clear for those who can catch & Moreno offers enough on both sides of the ball to turn in All Star level production.
