Tool Future Grade Report
Hit 60 Fantastic pitch recognition, makes great bat to ball contact, and rarely gets cheated. The bat speed is quite impressive, and his ability to maintain a quality swing plane is remarkable.
Power 55 Able to hit balls out from just about every level, be it up by his eyes or down by his shins. The raw power is probably 60, but the game power is a tick behind.
Baserunning/Speed 40 Below-average speed.
Glove 50 Quick feet and strong instincts once the ball is put in play. It's not Gold Glove stuff at third, but it's more than capable.
Arm 50 Not an elite third base arm, which means we could see some regression with age. Right now it's fine to stay at third, but it should give some pause about a potential position shift. It's probably up a grade if Jung moves to second, as it'd generally ask less of him.
Overall

Jung is going to play in the big leagues for a long time, and do it well. He hits well for contact and power, doesn't strike out much especially for 2021 baseball, and is a competent defender with multiple positions in the quiver. A foot injury delayed his season, otherwise a late 2021 debut in the big leagues was plausible.
