I disagree with Carsley on most things but Welcome Interstate Managers is outstanding front to back so this is particularly egregious.

I was setting out to visit my fiancée three hours away, and I looked forward to the Orioles game against the Royals on the radio, which was to begin just as I departed. Three hours of baseball would make the trip feel like 20 minutes. Except that after the top of the 1st, KC led 9-0. Yes, 9-0, not 10-0. This was in the late 1980s. Listening to the debacle the other night: deja vu all over again.
