Nothing truly signifies the end of a long winter full of trades, rumors, position battles, and injuries like the start of Fantasy Baseball Draft season. When you see that draft calendar begin to count down in days instead of weeks, it means spring is finally here, and real games are just around the corner. It also means that you’re running out of time to get ready. You need to finish your research. There are a number of great fantasy resources available, especially right here at Baseball Prospectus, but you often need to dig through so much information to get find what you really want. So we’ve decided to help you about.

The BP Locals have joined together to provide comprehensive fantasy reports on the individual team level. If you’re unsure which breakout candidates are real, which prospects will get playing time, or simply want to know when to select some of your favorite players, now you can find out directly from the people who have been there on the ground all winter and all spring. Even thought we don't have a BP Seattle (YET), can we get Meg's thoughts on the Mariners? I think they'd be mighty enjoyable. The rest of you non-Seattlites could experiment with some schadenfreude.

What determines which teams get a local site? It seems fairly random after NYY, BOS and CHC.
