Will, I started to use Jack3d after a teamate reccomended it to me. I play soccer and came into the season out of shape. As a midfielder i was able to play maybe 10 minutes at a time at about 60% before my legs would quit on me. Taking jack3d allowed me to stay in the whole game at full tilt. I don't feel like it makes me stronger it just helps me last longer.
