Let's get right to the trots!

Home Run of the Day: Wily Mo Pena, Arizona Diamondbacks – 23.7 seconds [video]
I really, really want to start referring to Wily Mo here as Wile E. Mo, but I'm afraid the auto-linking software will get upset at me. But this home run isn't the Home Run of the Day just because of Pena's awesome name. The blast receives the honor because of just how powerful it was, landing in a part of Comerica Park I've never seen before. Considering that this was only Pena's second game back in the majors after a two-plus year absence, it's a pretty nice return.

Slowest Trot: A.J. Pierzynski, Chicago White Sox – 24.19 seconds [video]
It's rarely a surprise to see Pierzynski atop the leaderboard here, but a 24.19 second trot is hardly one to be ashamed of. The blast tied the game for the White Sox in the bottom of the 12th inning, but it wouldn't be enough. The Nationals would go on to score four in the 14th to win the game 9-5.

Quickest Trot: Andres Torres, San Francisco Giants – 18.56 seconds [video]
This may be the quickest day of the year. Among 27 home runs hit, eight different trots came in under twenty-seconds, from Andres Torres to Jose Bautista. Three of those trots were in the 18-second range, including a surprising 18.94 second trot from Adam Jones.
