I love early analysis as much as the next guy, but writing this without an idea of the two prospects changing hands seems like cutting a corner too many.

I'm curious how to reconcile the scouting take that the Cubs are bad defensively with their #3 PADE. Defense has been a common mainstream lament, but one that belies the numbers.

It would be interesting to see if familiarity with the ballpark by a frequent visitor (e.g., division rival) lessens homefield advantage.

In speaking of the Cubs soft schedule, how does that ranking change if the Cardinals are in fact much better than a predicted ~.500 club?
