Hanley makes his 2013 season debut on his bobble head night for the dodgers After Bering placed on the dl from a world baseball classic Injury.
How could you write a joe Mauer article and not mention him Changing positions for career longevity? I am very impressed!
Take that Darren ! Good data and article
Ditto batts great job guys
Great Article Sam I watch and read baseball for personal gain" Nor, when it comes to differences of opinion, am I interested in intellectual arguments, per se" That is me.
I will have to agree with Marctacoma on this one, I am interested in the book by Peta and will check it out at a library. But I would probably buy a Sam Miller Book.
I have most of the requirements which includes a degree in mathematics But how does learn Microsoft SQL Server, experience with R, S-PLUS, Matlab, SAS, STATA, SPSS, or another statistical analysis software package?
The only place I think I could learn that is from a Science Musuem...
Other than that I am a slam dunk.
Was I the only one that did a double take on "Astros designated hitter Carlos Pena"?
I still haven't adjusted to their move from senior to junior circuit.
I think I would rather listen to a game than watch it on TV because as Sam miller mentioned it is easier to get things done. The radio still adds something. You don't need a fancy tv package with the MLB network and other sports channels. you learn more from websites like these and radio .When I have job, that is one of the first things that I buy is the MLB audio package and have my vin skully bedtimes.
Also it seems to me that people who watch the game at TV are less fans than people who read, or listen to the game. Just a thought
Who is that editor who stole your idea?
The laughable analysis is why I do not watch or listen to ESPN or my local NFL radio affiliate during the week. Podcast or baseball pro articles are much better way of finding trends and honest analysis. Also it is better for someone to read.
Plus you didn't even mention that a 60 minute game has only 10 minutes of action. Do not forget all the repeated commercials of state farm, and or beer.
Not that baseball has little action anyway hah
I don't know if someone Has done this before but they should totally write a book about Scott Borus. I would love to see the timeline of what he does day in and day out from the start of major-league baseball playoffs in October to start spring training. To see how mean of a negotiator he is towards baseball general managers. If I was a good writer, I would pounce on that opportunity.
Wow so many doors were opened to him besides baseball and Jerry warned him what he was doing. Can you imagine graduating med school completing residencey and the hosptioal administartor says what are you doing?
But he hung in there and it will be interesting to see what he does with Kenny around then corner.
