I could not have said it better. Thanks and good luck Will!
I really enjoyed this column! Very interesting behind the scenes perspective. Thanks!
Great! I especially like the discussion of the birth date effect on how we should perceive Guerrero now. This makes me think about how we should have perceived Guerrero in the past, if we had known his 'real' age. Very good effort, and a thumb up!
Very interesting article, but a bit difficult to follow with all the 'we'll get to that later' parts. Subtitles or other devices to facilitate the reading of the article would probably have helped. That said, a big thumb up!
1) A lot of things pop to mind, but the more recent happened last year in Yankee Stadium, a Saturday game vs. Oakland. It was a long, long game on a hot, hot day that ended in the 12th (IIRC) on a Jose Molina walk-off HBP.... Kind of a downer for a finish, but I am pretty sure that I will always have that to remember of my first visit to the House That Ruth Built!
2) Players: Spike Owen, Dave Martinez and FP Santangelo, when they were with the Expos back in the days... Owen once had a very long streak of games without making an error (probably due in most part to not covering up much ground at SS). Martinez was playing CF before Grissom arrived, and always seemed to hit well when I was at the Big O'. FP played quite well in his rookie year and was often at a different position, a bit like Chone Figgins a few years ago. Fun to watch!
Great assignment! Looking forward to read this week's entries!
Will, have you heard anything on the alleged Central Florida 'big-time' steroid dealers caught in Florida who said that they had clients with the Washington Nationals (and with hockey's Capitals)?
Agree with rawagman. There's lots of interesting stuff at Puck Prospectus; lots to discuss and think about if you love hockey. It will be interesting to see this evolve over the next few years, and look at which teams use it and how...

I love the idea of BP-style hockey coverage.
