Any thoughts on Ramos' recent struggles?
I'd love to hear your take on <span class="playerdef"><a href="http://www.baseballprospectus.com/card/card.php?id=45945">Ian Desmond</a></span>. Such a strong track record but colossally (sp?) disappointing this year.
Bader, Kaminsky, Gomber. Cardinals gonna Cardinal.
<span class="playerdef"><a href="http://www.baseballprospectus.com/player_search.php?search_name=Jim+Johnson">Jim Johnson</a></span>, no?
Any thoughts w/r/t <span class="playerdef"><a href="http://www.baseballprospectus.com/card/card.php?id=58054">Brandon Beachy</a></span>?
CJW - I've heard questions about Lopez's lack of use of his lower half in his delivery, similar to Severino. You share no similar concerns?
Congrats again, Mr Moore! And welcome back!
Not to pick nits, but that's four Rangers that accounted for better than half of JdL's Ks, not a trio.
<span class="playerdef"><a href="http://www.baseballprospectus.com/card/card.php?id=70635">Corey Seager</a></span> launched his first two bombs in AAA last night as well.
Thank you so much for this. Brought tears to my eyes, just a wonderful read.
No narrative re: Phelps?
JM - any thoughts re: Buxton so far this season? Off to a fairly slow start, but figure on most of that being attributable to a lost 2014. Scouting reports still encouraging, I hope?
Cubs didn't have someone doing well in front of Addison and Chicago is playing for at least a reasonable shot at the WC this year. Not especially similar circumstances, IMO.
Best part of waking up - great work, as always!
Love the article! Reyes = Sano 2.0, lock it in.
Always the best way to start a week. Thanks, BP!
#heart this update, missed you MLU
Solid stuff. Also, Bogy makes me super happy, just in general. Beastly season coming up.
Understanding that this is a huge longshot, what do you guys think the odds are of a Brantley-esque breakout for Michael Saunders? Health is an issue but if he can stay even moderately healthy, in that lineup & ballpark?
This guy is a beast, might really turn out to be the new Zobrist. Probably a bit less power & OBP than peak-Zo, but also a bit more speed.
Kennys Vargas = 82% of Papi. Lock it in.
Carp played no games at the keystone last year, no pos flex anymore. Also, Heyward wins 2015 NL MVP, due to Cards pixie dust.
Where do you think their 1st rounder will slot on this list next year? #oops #Cuddyer
And they have Marlins Guy!
"Wei-Chung Wang ain't nuttin to F wit"
Thanks a ton for all your hard work this season Mr Moore, much appreciated!
And Kris Bryant........went 0-4 with 2 Ks??? The end is nigh everyone, make peace with your maker!
And Kris Bryant........hurt his toe???
Awesome stuff, as always! Thanks Team BP!
Soler is already on the 40-man, no service time manipulations are needed
Anthony Ranaudo garner any consideration for the list?
Molina = NYM, no?
Looks like you guys missed my name somehow?
Always a pleasure, thanks Mr Moore!
Important question - can we find out if Dalton's batting music is the Bastille song?
Thanks as always Mr. Moore, much appreciated!
But here's the important question - how was the wedding???
JM - thanks as always, no better way to start a day than with the MLU!
No Ubaldo commentary?
Where do you get these???
This article is beyond outstanding. Thank you so much for the work put into this, I'm already giddy about the remainder of the series.
Probably because he can't hit
Wonderful article but how could you forget Andrelton Simmons??
Looking forward to tomorrow's update ZM - thanks as always!!!
Wow. Just plain wow.
Did you hear back?
An indespensible part of our Mondays, thanks as always Team BP!
Can't even begin to explain how well appreciated this is - thank you!!!
Attention typo/grammar geeks - who cares? Give me lots of baseball info and I'll sift through the spelling and conjugation problems.
Kevin - keep up the AWESOME work!!!
I have my copy in hand - available in greater Atlanta at both the Cumming and Newnan locations. I made literally a 100-mile round trip to acquire my copy this year.........well worth the trip!!!!
His name is BJ.....hehehehehehe.
Kevin, why no action for Luke Hughes? 24 years old and not the best batting eye granted but almost a 900 OPS across AA and AAA last year, seems like he could\'ve found room towards the end of this list?
