PECOTA continues to have a blind spot for Vogelsong. He's done it for two years running there's gotta be more of a problem with how the system evaluates him than Vogelsong himself.

I was somewhat surprised to hear that Romo will get the bulk of save chances this season, given how careful the Giants were with him last season. PECOTA gives Romo a 30% collapse rate, which I have to assume is mostly related to his injury/fatigue issues.

My interpretation of this is that PECOTA thinks there is a 30% chance that Romo will perform worse than 75% of his baseline. Am I off-base with this interpretation? It just feels like Romo's elbow by itself is a larger concern than this. Thoughts?
