DateQuestionAnswer
2015-03-12 15:00:00 (link to chat)I have asked this question before, but since no one has yet responded to it I considered it safe to try again... what's the scoop on Roman Mendez relief pitcher for Texas? Does he get a shot this year after posting an 2.18 ERA/ 1.12 WHIP in 33 innings of work last year?
(dvanhait from Holland)
He'll get a shot, but he doesn't miss quite enough bats to retain those numbers. (Andrew Koo)
2012-01-26 13:00:00 (link to chat)Out of the following, pick a player and a pitcher most likely to be Top 50 prospects at this time next year: #TheLegend, Jordan Akins, Ronald Guzman, Luis Marte, David Perez, Victor Payano, Yohander Mendez, Luke Jackson, and Roman Mendez. Thanks for chatting Professor!
(ramjam36 from Dallas)
#TheLegend (Jorge Alfaro) and David Perez (Jason Parks)
2011-04-18 13:00:00 (link to chat)I'll try this one more time since I've tried this question on about seven chats thusfar. I can go see Myrtle Beach and Hickory one time each. Which starting pitcher should I focus on to make my trip to see?
(jhardman from Apex, NC)
Robbie Erlin or Neil Ramirez for Myrtle Beach; Roman Mendez for Hickory. (Kevin Goldstein)
