2015-01-28 19:00:00 (link to chat)Who is Ryan Rua? Worth having in a deep mixed league format? CBS gives him a good projection.
(SJLedet from Metry)
He's a fringey power hitter who might just hit enough to let the power play up. He's worth owning but beware of the CBS blurb; it caused our own Ben Carsley to draft Curtis Granderson in TDGX last year. (Mauricio Rubio)
2014-05-13 11:00:00 (link to chat)has Ryan Rua turned himself into a legit prospect yet?
(troy from arlington)
He has plus raw power and can crush mistakes. He might end up an up and down AAAA type, or maybe even a below-average regular on the right team. He profiles to at least make the majors, so that makes him a prospect and not just an org guy, which is a scouting and development win for the Rangers. But he's not an impact talent and I don't see a sustainable future at that level. (Jason Parks)
2013-08-14 13:00:00 (link to chat)Can Ryan Rua be an everyday player in the majors?
(Mike from Columbus)
Will get a closer, longer look this coming week. I've seen a lot of him in the past but just one game this year. I'm skeptical, though. Don't think it's an everyday guy at all, but interested to see if I think he has any sort of big-league future. (Jason Cole)
