2008-07-22 13:00:00Kevin, What are your thoughts for Neftali Soto long-term, does he stick at 3B? How impressive has been thus far?
(Jason from Cincy)		He's been crazy impressive. I was able to recently speak to a scout who saw him at Dayton and he said he just really stood out on that team. The bat is outstanding, he has good power potential, but he does need to improve defensively. That said, on a tools level, he fits well at 3rd, because the arm is outstanding. (Kevin Goldstein)
2008-04-23 13:00:00i do not see any stats for a group of Puerto Rican prospects who all got drafted last year - Angel Morales, Neftali Soto,Emmanuel Quiles and Reynaldo Navarro - is there some kind of visa issue or something else that is stopping these guys from playing?
(straymond from toronto )		Um. They're from Puerto Rico -- they're full U.S. citizens. They're also all very young and a bit raw, so they're being held beck for short-season leagues. (Kevin Goldstein)
