(hotstatrat from Toronto) | Larry MacPhail is too, although he did other things as well, like bringing in radio and lights. Howsam is a good choice. Paul Richards, maybe. I wrote an article here at BP awhile back about John Quinn (http://bit.ly/dHlQNZ) which wasn't intended to argue for enshrinement, but he built three pennant winners for the Braves and got the Phillies very close (the infamous '64 team).
