2016-03-09 19:00:00 (link to chat)The following names aren't necessarily exciting....but in what order would you rank Trayce Thompson, Travis Shaw, Patrick Kivlehan and Tyler Goeddel for a dynasty league? Would there be a standout if just looking for potential current year impact? Cheers
(markdavo4 from Australia)
In dynasty, Shaw, Kivlehan, Goeddel, and Thompson. For 2016 only Goeddel has an opportunity now that Aaron Altherr is out for most if not all of the season and could be the guy to take a big leap forward. (Mike Gianella)
2015-03-06 14:00:00 (link to chat)Any reason to think Patrick Kivlehan is not just the redeux of Vinny Catricalla and Stefen Romero?
(Prich from Teaching Class)
Yes. Kivlehan is good at playing baseball. Those other guys aren't.

That's my first snarky comment as a member of BP. Hope you're proud of me, Keith.

In all seriousness the industry is higher on Kivlehan than I am, but he's a quality athlete and he gets better each year. He's a potential regular. Those other guys never were. (Christopher Crawford)
2014-07-01 13:00:00 (link to chat)Thoughts on Patrick Kivlehan? I know he's older for a raw prospect, having turned to baseball after he exhausted his college football eligibility. But it looks like he's did a pretty good job holding his own in the California League and he's continued it through into AA. What's your read on him as a prospect?
(Steve from Seattle)
Dude is a masher and swings with a purpose. Witnessed him hit a line-drive home run off the batters eye to dead center field. The body isn't the best and he'll be limited to 1st base going forward. He just needs to keep hitting. AAAA player? (Chris Rodriguez)
