2013 Top Prospect Compilation - Version 14.1 (April 17, 2013)

BP teams up with Fantasy Rundown to provide your 2013 top prospect compilations

Over the past several years, I've put together top prospect compilations from sources across the Internet. I have linked to the files below. The Excel workbooks contain tabs at the bottom representing each of the league’s divisions as well as a tab for top 100 lists and positional analysis.

2009-2010 Top Prospects Compilation

2010-2011 Top Prospects Compilation

2011-2012 To Prospectus Compilation

This year, we've decided to change things up a bit. Instead of putting together the list myself, BP has partnered with FantasyRundown.com to provide our subscribers with one of the best prospect compilation resources on the Internet today.

FantasyRundown.com has compiled all of the 2013 MLB Prospect Rankings from all of the top sources on the Internet into an Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet consists of all top overall prospect rankings, team-by-team prospect rankings, and positional prospect rankings. Since we respect the enormous amount of work put into this project by "Goose" at FantasyRundown.com, and the fact that he sells the spreadsheet as a separate item on its own, this product will remain behind the BP pay wall for now, available only to subscribers.

Here's a screenshot sample of the latest matrix:

Be sure to visit FantasyRundown.com, a website that compiles the best free fantasy baseball and football analysis, rankings, and projections from the top sources on the Internet, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can also follow them on Twitter at @FantasyRundown.

Now...for the latest spreadsheet update, click the link below to download:

Update: Every time the spreadsheet is updated by Goose, we'll refresh the file and add a new blog post. So you'll get all the changes and complete information.

Grapefruit League Journal: Toronto Blue Jays

How have other teams that have added as much WARP in one offseason as the Blue Jays fared?

Usually when a team replaces its manager, 60 percent of its rotation, its left fielder, and its starting middle infield, it’s just trying to keep its head above water following an awful season. The Toronto Blue Jays have made all of those moves, but they made them to thrust themselves into the middle of the AL East race.

Spring stats are now available in Draft Aid and for Team Tracker Teams.

Solely in the interest of completeness, mind you, as no serious baseball fan would pay any attention to how many home runs George Springer has this Spring (he has two, but you didn't actually see me peeking), we offer spring training statistics, available in two locations on the site!
