Please note that in the “DH” column, the player listed is the player that has been added or removed from the lineup, not necessarily the player in the DH slot. For example, if the Phillies move Domonic Brown to DH and put Tony Gwynn Jr. in the OF, then I will list Gwynn Jr. in the “DH” column because he is the player who is gaining at-bats.

Kendrys Morales got two starts at first base and Logan Morrison got one.

Shin-Soo Choo moved from DH to the outfield for both games. Alex Rios sat in one game and Jim Adduci sat out the other.

Lind, back from injury, rode the pine in both games at Milwaukee.

While I thought Josh Willingham would sit both games, Norichika Aoki and Willingham each started a game and each sat a game out.

Baltimore has been rotating Delmon Young and David Lough in the left field/DH spot not being occupied by Nelson Cruz on any given day. Both sat and Cruz started in left field.

Schierholtz/Lobaton/Espinosa/Frandsen

Miami has a plethora of equally unexciting options to add to the lineup with the DH. My guess is that Reed Johnson gets a start against the lefty and that both Ed Lucas and Jeff Mathis get a start against the righty.

I think that Kevin Frandsen gets a start against the lefty. I think that Nate Schierholtz and Jose Lobaton each get a start against the righty, but Danny Espinosa could also see a start.

Blanco/Susac

I would expect that Devin Mesoraco gets a semi rest at DH instead of his usual full rest on the bench. For the other two games, I would imagine that Chris Heisey and Jack Hannahan each get a start.

I think that Gregor Blanco sees the extra start against the righty with Michael Morse moving to DH and that Andrew Susac sees both starts at catcher against the lefties with Buster Posey and Adam Duvall sharing first base and DH duties.
