Milwaukee Brewers Sr. Account Executive, Ticket Sales

Overview:

Responsible for selling new season ticket accounts and retaining all season ticket accounts that they personally sold the last four years. Responsible for generating group ticket sales by bringing in new accounts and maintaining a relationship with these accounts in order to retain them annually. Provide on-going communication via telephone, e-mail, fax and mail correspondence. Generate new business through calling business of 20+ employees throughout Wisconsin and northern Illinois, lapsed Season Seat Holders and accumulated leads from past seasons. Promotes sale of new and renewal season tickets and group tickets by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains contact with all first through fourth year season ticket accounts as well as all group accounts to provide superior service with focus of retaining accounts from year to year.

  • Building relationships with accounts through organized meet and greet sessions, seat visits and call campaigns.

  • Follow-up on all sales leads to sell new season ticket and group accounts. Assigning seat locations to new season ticket accounts and group accounts. Securing and processing all payments of new season and personal group ticket accounts.

  • Create and maintain customer information both existing accounts and prospects through Customer Relationship Management program including logging of phone conversations, future action to be taken and logging customer complaints. Properly coding all season and group ticket sales.

  • Attend and actively participate in weekly sales meetings coming prepared to provide input on creative sales ideas and providing feedback on successes and challenges of previous week.

  • Provide thoughts and ideas on new sales and retention initiatives for each sales campaign.

  • Providing game day assistance with tailgating and party areas. Escorting pre-game participants from large group accounts to the field for their specific activity. Assist at various sales related events throughout the year.

  • Identify market segments and market opportunities to pursue for growth of ticket sales.

  • Meet daily call quotas in order to attain individual and departmental sales goals.

  • Assisting with mass mailings to both current and past season seat holders and group leaders.

  • Handle additional projects as assigned by Vice President – Consumer Marketing, Senior Director of Ticket Sales, and Director of Group Sales.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Work Hours

Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, additional hours may be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays.
