We had a fumbled exchange with the printer on our last proof run of Dollar Sign on the Muscle, and it has put us back a week in production. The Dollar Sign on the Muscle paperback and e-book will be available on November 7, 2013. The good news is we've been able to use the time to continue to improve the book inside and out, and I'm confident this is the cleanest and best edition of Dollar Sign ever to see the light of print. Here's all the info from the Dollar Sign newswire:

I hope you had a safe and happy Halloween, and thanks again for your patience.

The printer still does the layout work for the ebook. You aren't just printing a word document to pdf and calling it a day.

We actually do our own layout and save an OpenOffice document to PDF for the printer.

That is pretty cool. For non-massive companies, doing your own layout is fairly rare. Heck, even Newsweek still contracts out the layout work for their digital copy to their former printer.

Still changing both the e-book and the paperback. We might be a little earlier on the e-book.

Great! I haven't heard it, but Kevin's son Patrick read the audible.com version and Kevin is very happy about the way it turned out. We'll add a link in our next announcement. Thanks.
