It'll be interesting to see how things turn out. As an A's fan, I'm hoping your prediction for today works out like your prediction for yesterday did.
Peralta is a right-handed hitter.
in Leland's position, I would start Scherzer on three day's rest instead and Verlander on regular rest Thursday.
I'm more than OK dancing with who brung ya. They can go to JV if it gets tight and Straily is beatable. We'll see. I'm beyond nervous.
These are some ballsy predictions, Paul. Picking not just the Tigers but more than three runs from a Cabrera-less lineup (whoever that is wearing 24 these days ain't Miggy). If they pull this one out I like their chances in Game 5 but I just don't have a good feeling about this.
Well 7-2 sure isn't happening. Making a solid Straily look like a Cy Young candidate. At least Fister is settling in, but even a 1-0 lead feels insurmountable.
