Jason, completely unrelated to the podcast or baseball and probably overstepping the bounds of what should be asked in this comment section, but what the hell.

I am a Canadian road tripping through the southern us and we are about to hit Texas. Can you recommend anything to do off the beaten path, beyond the standard visitor to dos? And if you can recommend any BBQ places that would also be really cool.

Again, sorry if this seems out of line to ask, just sort of grasping at straws here trying to plan this on the fly.
