2008: Alexei Ramirez finishes second in ROY voting. He is 55 months older than Felix Hernandez. (Jacoby Ellsbury finishes third; he is 31 months older.)

2009: Andrew Bailey wins the ROY award. He is 23 months older than Felix Hernandez.

2010: Danny Valencia finishes third in ROY voting. He is 19 months older than Felix Hernandez.

Reminds me that in 1989, Ken Griffey Jr finished 3rd on ROY voting ... then in 1995 Marty Cordova won the ROY, and he is 4 months older than KGJ ...

Zack Cozart is 6 months older than Felix, and will likely place in the top 5 this year in the NL. Todd Frazier is 2 months older than Felix, and may win the NL ROY this year.

No, he has not yet. In particular, Jose Fernandez in four months older than Harper is.

I remember hearing that Taijuan Walker and Brandon Finnegan were the only pitchers who could have done it this year, but the Nationals don't face either team.

There are several pitchers younger than Harper is now, but most are in the American League. For example, Toronto had two very young relievers made its opening day roster.
