Dahl has had the best start one could have in his draft year debut. How much do you read into this? How exciting of a prospect is he?
It's a tough task for kids to play their HS/college season, then deal with the build-up to the draft/signing process while continuing to work out. For them to step out on the field in pro ball and perform out of the gate is fantastic. If they don't perform, oh well, maybe the player needs a deep breath and re-focus in the offseason. I don't think either are terribly indicative.
This. Tough to read. He's a very talented kid and he's playing in a VERY friendly environment.
