No time to waste – the "Hatfields and McCoys" marathon is about to start and I haven't had my fill of bad Bill Paxton yet.

Let's get right to the trots!

Home Run of the Day: Josh Willingham, Minnesota Twins – 23.32* seconds [video]
The Twins entered the bottom of the ninth inning trailing 2-0 to the A's. Josh Willingham erased all of that with one swing of the bat, with his walkoff, three-run home run in the Twins 3-2 victory. Willingham beats out Adam Jones and his two home runs on Tuesday for the Home Run of the Day.

Slowest Trot: Alfonso Soriano, Chicago Cubs – 26.13 seconds [video]
I made a joke in yesterday's post about Alfonso Soriano having no excuse for such a slow trot. Watching his trot on Tuesday, however, makes me rethink that. He looked to be taking some very tender steps as he rounded the bases. If he is injured somehow, that can explain the super-slow (even by his standards) trots for Soriano. The next slowest trot was from Hanley Ramirez, who circled the bases in 25.99 seconds, followed by a 24.49* second trot from Big Papi.

Quickest Trot: Michael Bourn, Atlanta Braves – 18.77 seconds [video]
Bourn's leadoff trot beats out Mike Moustakas by a hair (18.83 seconds) for the quickest trot of the day. Only two other players came home in under 20 seconds.
