The second top prospects compilation update of the year is now available. I have linked to the new file below. The Excel workbook contains tabs at the bottom representing each of the league’s divisions as well as a tab for top 100 lists and positional analysis.

This is another big update that includes Kevin Goldstein's Top 101 prospects list and all of Jonathan Mayo's selections at MLB.com. There are a bunch of other goodies as well that you can discover for yourselves!

As usual, if you find any errors or omissions, would like to recommend a ranking source, or have any other comments or suggestions, please email me at jhamrahi@baseballprospectus.com.

Thank you for this. Another fantastic job, and another reason I'm glad I took the plunge and subscribed.

Small amount of criticism that I mentioned last year...and was hoping would be fixed this year. This format is not really conducive to anything but reading. An overall page like:
Player Team POS BP KL ETC
Mike Trout Angels OF 3 1 2
Bryce Harper Nationals OF 2 2 1
Matt Moore Rays P 1 3 3
would allow for sorting, filtering, averaging, etc. A similar team page would show the ranking per team.
Player Team POS BP KL ETC
Mike Trout Angels OF 1 1 1
Bryce Harper Nationals OF 1 1 1
Matt Moore Rays P 1 1 1
I'm not too concerned because this type of spreadsheet is available at fantasyrundown.com, but it would be nice if valuable comments weren't ignored.

I'm not ignoring your comments or anyone else's. I just literally don't have the time to do what you're asking. I offer this spreadsheet to everyone for free. If I had the time, I would make a lot more changes to this data, including moving it to a database. But for now, I do what I can. I'm sorry if you feel ignored.

Maybe I can help you with your methodology. This shouldn't increase the amount of time required to input it and would add a tremendous amount of value.

Another list to possibly include would be Mark Anderson's (http://www.baseballprospectnation.com). You didn't have them in the last update, and I'm running a huge Macro at work right now that is tying up my excel, so I can't check right now.
