No time to waste! Let's get right to the trots!

Home Run of the Day: Juan Francisco, Cincinnati Reds – 24.19 seconds [video]
It's not everyday you see a home run like this one. With one swing of the bat, Francisco deposited the ball over the rightfield seats in Great American Ballpark and out of the stadium. Which is no small feat, considering there are something like 40 rows of seats out there in right. This is no Wrigley Field or Dodger Stadium, where the ball sails over ten or so small rows of bleachers. That ball just sailed. The unofficial measurement of the home run, as announced by the Reds yesterday, was 502 feet. Hit Tracker Online is a bit more conservative, listing it at 482 feet (the second longest home run of the year). Either way, Francisco just murdered the ball. I only wish there was a better shot of the ball leaving the stadium than the ones that we have.

Slowest Trot: Carlos Lee, Houston Astros – 26.03 seconds [video]
What can I say that hasn't been said every other time Carlos Lee has hit a home run? Lee's 26-second trot puts him atop the day yet again. This time he edged out Chicago's Aramis Ramirez and Cincinnati's Brandon Phillips by less than a second.

Quickest Trot: Ryan Raburn, Detroit Tigers – 19.72 seconds [video]
The only home run of the day to come in under 20-seconds. Raburn edged out Los Angeles' Matt Kemp, who rounded the bases on his 33rd home run in 20.07 seconds. Cincinnati rookie Devin Mesoraco was essentially tied with Kemp, making his first career tater trot in 20.08 seconds.
