Let's get right to the trots!

Home Run of the Day: Billy Butler, Kansas City Royals – N/A seconds [video]
A walkoff home run held up for umpire review with Butler standing around at second waiting to score. The umpires eventually came out with the right call giving Kansas City the 2-0 win. Does victory taste sweeter when you have to wait for it? (Because Butler was stopped at second-base, the trot is not timeable. As always, a trot must be continuous to count for the Tater Trot Tracker.)

Key late-inning home runs from Joey Votto and Adam Jones also had a case for Home Run of the Day. They didn't come combined with walkoff-replay drama, though.

Slowest Trot: Todd Helton, Colorado Rockies – 26.05 seconds [video]
David Ortiz and Miguel Cabrera both hit home runs on Wednesday, but they both gave some of their fastest trots of the year. Which gave us a perfect opportunity for Todd Helton, whose legs are somewhere between Vladimir Guerrero and Yogi Berra right now, to sneak to the top.

Quickest Trot: Kosuke Fukudome, Chicago Cubs – 18.77 seconds [video]
One of two leadoff home runs hit on Wednesday. Also one of only two home runs that clocked in under twenty-seconds.
